Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; some positions may require a bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or a related field.
- Relevant Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification; next gen training, background check clearance.
Experience:
- Experience Working with Youth: Previous experience in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is often preferred.
- Program Development: Experience in planning and implementing activities or curriculum for children.
Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Leadership Skills: Capability to lead activities and manage a group of children.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and coordinate activities efficiently.
- Conflict Resolution: Skills in managing and resolving conflicts among students.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Monitor and ensure the safety of students during after-school hours.
